Additional information / conditions:

  • On the day of arrival, you are welcome from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, you are requested to leave your room by 10.30 a.m.

  • Children aged 10 and above are welcome.

  • We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know your expected arrival time during online check-in so that we can welcome you personally.

  • You are allowed to consume your own food and drinks on the terraces.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation! Smoking is permitted outside, and all rooms have their own ashtray. Please be considerate of other guests.
    • Damage to movable and/or immovable property belonging to our Turismo Rural or other items made available to you will be charged to you on site. Minor damage will not be charged.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!

  • No parties or noise nuisance allowed!

  • The booking is only finalised once 30% of the total amount has been transferred within one week of the reservation. The room will remain reserved for you during this time.

  • The second and final payment (70%) must be transferred six weeks before the start of the stay.

  • For bookings where the stay begins within six weeks, the total rental amount must be transferred in one go.

  • The minimum stay in the rooms is 2 nights. For the period from 1 July to 31 August, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies. Shorter stays may become available at short notice.

  • By paying the deposit, you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you take out your own travel and cancellation insurance. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking!

 Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance so that you can protect yourself against unforeseen costs in many cases.

Cancellations must always be made in writing by email. You will receive confirmation from us within 24 hours. Please note that a cancellation is only valid after our written confirmation.

Our cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the total amount.
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • 14 days or less before arrival (or in case of no-show): no refund

Cancellations apply to the entire reservation. We reserve the right to re-let the room. In the event of early departure, no refund will be given. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email or telephone.
